If you love burgers ... then this place is a no brainer to frequent! All the burgers are made exactly how you order them .. and the fries! Way better than McDonald's sorry... if you haven't been you'll not react enjoying eating here

I've been here so many times, I'm surprised I haven't reviewed them yet. Their shoestring fries are what keeps us coming back. If you love shoestring fries, I definitely suggest coming here to try theirs. Staff is friendly, decent parking. It's the only store so far that's survived this section of the shopping center. Our boys loved the menu madlibs that they offered. Decent bar drink options. Mini burgers were the perfect amount if you're not wanting such a large meal. I love that they're very customizable, so you don't have to pick their standard burgers or salads. Just make your own.

I don't know I haven't been in sooner. I love a block away and pass by often. If you are a fan of burgers, all kinds of fries and good quality eats overall I'd say you would be in good company here. It's better than your average trendy spots. There are tons of options. Gluten free and vegetarian as well. Brussel sprouts were a bowl full of sweet and spicy goodness. Both burgers were the most popular with The Counter and the Old School. We devoured them. One thing to note is they add a service fee in lieu of gratuity. At least their servers get their coins regardless of people who may not feel like tipping. I'll be here again soon during one of the happy hours to sample more of their menu. Yum!

Came right at opening (11:30am) on a Sunday and the service was spectacular. We got our burgers (2 of us) within about 7-8 min of ordering, fresh off the grill. I got the Counter Burger and it was juicy and filling. I liked the mushrooms in it a lot. Would highly recommend the shoe string fries!

I placed an order for takeout. They offer an impressive selection of burgers, and these burgers are substantial in size! You also have the option to specify the level of doneness you prefer for the patty. Surprisingly, their burgers are quite reasonably priced, with none exceeding $20--making it a very worthwhile experience! I opted for the Counter Burger with a medium rare patty--truly the perfect level of doneness! Unfortunately, the takeout picture attached to this review doesn't do justice to the burger. However, trust me when I say that it's delicious. The garlic aioli acted as a magnet, drawing out the flavors of all the delectable ingredients. And let's talk about those brioche buns--arguably the best choice for burger buns! Lastly, I can't forget to mention the fried onion strings, which contributed a wonderful texture to each bite. I would absolutely return, although selecting a different burger might prove challenging for me, simply because the Counter Burger was so incredibly delicious.

Happy hour- Mondays-Fridays 3-6pm! Great food. Plenty of vegetarian options. Love the fact that they have a no bun mixed green option. Love making my own burger with grilled pineapple :) We also ordered the kids combo with veggie patty sub. My daughter loved it :) The nacho fries and sweet potato fries were good. Crispy yet melted in the mouth! Sara and Sonia served us and they were very sweet. Has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors :)

Cute covered patio area for outdoor seating. We went for lunch on a hot spring day and they had a huge fan on the patio which helped circulate the air. We were seated quickly and our servers were also very attentive. They're known for their burgers, but I ordered mine on a bed of lettuce. Cons: - Pricey burgers. You'll be spending around $20. - Automatically added service charge to your bill, and it's HIGH! 20%! Eeek - Additional charges for every substitution or alteration. Pros: - Not measely meat, you'll receive a good sized burger. - Attentive service. - Indoor and Outdoor seating options. - Full bar. Lots of parking.
